You’ve Been Blocked by our Security Software

Our security software has detected something about your visit that it finds suspicious, and has blocked your access to our site.

If you are not a hacker or spammer…

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused! The software is a strict gate-keeper and is constantly adjusting to new threats.

If you are not a hacker or spammer, and think you’ve been blocked in error, please let us know so that we can teach it better manners! Letting us know will be very helpful — we can adjust the settings, and allow you full access to the site.

You May be More of a Threat Than You Know

It is possible that, through no fault of your own, the IP address assigned by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has landed on a blacklist. If so, this will likely cause problems for you on other websites as well, and might also cause email messages you send to be filtered as spam.

If you provide us with your IP address when you call, we’ll make that part of our troubleshooting and check your IP address against known blacklists.

You can find your IP address easily by running a Google search: what is my IP

You can also check your own IP address against known blacklists yourself if you prefer, using a tool like:

Each service checks a somewhat different list of blacklists, so trying more than one can be helpful.

If you find your IP address listed on any of the lists, you can contact your ISP and ask them to try to resolve the issue that placed it there.

Once again, we apologize if this block was in error, and look forward to hearing from you so that we can resolve the issue and give you access.
